1. Melt and Mix ingredients for the base (the chewy stuff).
2. Add sweeteners and flavoring.
3. Drop a lump of flavored base.
4. Flatten the base to make it thin.
5. Cut the base into single sticks.
6. Powder the sticks with powdered sugar.
7. Cool the warm gum, so it can be packaged.
8. Wrap the sticks, pack the packs, box the packs.
9. Ship the gum to stores.
